  • WHAT YOU DO!
    Place your order and ship to our address from your supplier. Create a shipment plan in your Amazon Seller Central account. Inform us of the shipments and send us a PDF of the item labels and shipment labels.
  • WHAT WE DO!
    We receive, visually inspect your items and apply FNSKU barcode (if needed). Technical inspections can be done upon request. We will notify you of any shortages, overages or damaged items. We box up your items and deliver ship via Amazon preferred carrier or small parcel delivery or LTL carrier of your choice. We will send you an invoice and charge your credit card upon completing each shipment.
  • HOW FAST IS YOUR TURN-AROUND?
    Most shipments will usually take 24 - 48 hours to turn around. Larger shipments may take longer. Contact us for details.
  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    We are conveniently located in Tulsa Oklahoma.
  • ARE YOU WORKING WITH NEW SELLERS?
    Yes. We are happy to become a part of every amazon FBA seller success story.
  • IS THERE A SIGN-UP FEE?
    No. There is no sign-up fee and there are no monthly fees or long-term contracts.
  • ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
    Definitely! We offer discounted rates on storage when sellers use our prep services. Contact us to find out more.
  • DO YOU PREP ONLINE OR RETAIL ARBITRAGE?
    Not at this time. But we are happy to recommend trusted partners who do!
  • DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL SELLERS?
    Yes we do! We recognize that we live in a global society and therefore do all that is necessary to accommodate the need of our FBA sellers regardless of where they are located.
  • DO YOU WORK WITH VA'S?
    Yes! We work with virtual assistants as they work to accommodate the needs of their FBA sellers.
  • WHAT TYPE OF ACCESS WILL YOU HAVE TO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT?
    We don't have access to your amazon seller central account. Your information remains in private and with you! We will work with you to create shipment plans, send us PDF via email and we will print the necessary FNSKU barcodes and shipment labels.
  • HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
    We'll supply you with credit card authorization form when you set up your account with us. We’ll charge your credit card at the time of shipment and email you a detailed accounting of each transaction. For our international customers we accept other modes of payments.
